First time at SportsClips. Stylist was Jade and she was superb! Jade was friendly, professional, and talented. I will certainly be back and will recommend this store to others.

Didn't have the best experience honestly. I sat down for a regular haircut last week and everything was fine in the beginning. After we got it cut, my stylist said that she was going to shampoo my hair. I thought to myself that you only get a shampoo when you get an MVP, but she never asked me if I wanted an MVP. So I assumed maybe she just wanted to wash my hair before making anymore changes. Later on, it turned out that I was charged for the MVP when I never asked for it. After the shampoo, we sat back down and she was making final touches on my hair. I asked her if she could clean up the line where my hair parts (where the side of my hair meets the top), so that there aren't too many short hairs in the way. Maybe it was poor communication, but that's what I told her, and she made a whole new part in my hair on the top of my head. It was unnatural and didn't look good. Not only was the placement wrong, but it was thick and uneven. Not sure if she realized her mistake, but she kept saying that it looks good when we both knew that it didn't. Luckily I was able to part my hair the opposite direction and cover up the thick bald line on the top of my head so that no one else noticed. I ended up tipping her because of her time, but I wish the communication was better. I won't say her name on here unless I'm asked about it because she was a nice woman. Mistakes happen and hair grows back, but being charged for an MVP when I didn't ask for one and shaving a line into the top of my head gives me confirmation that I probably won't come back to this location.
